Hope everyone is having a great weekend. Some notes this week: Tomorrow (Monday): Meeting in Room 184 at 3:30 We will discuss our schedule this week, introduce new recruits, talk about electing a 3rd captain, and some other items will be discussed. Great first week!! You guys are really working hard. You guys make a great sacrifice being a member of the track and field team. What you do now will pay off later. Again, great job! Anyway, I hope you are enjoying your Sunday. No major plans here. Probably end up cleaning the house (ugh!). Oh well. TV time later. No lumberjack breakfast today. Trying to diet. We'll see how long that lasts. Stop by the PE office if you have any questions. See you tomorrow. Coach EL

Even youths grow tired and
weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the LORD will renew
their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not
grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. Isaiah 40:29-31
